Определение степени дифференцировки Определение степени дифференцировки инвазивного плоскоклеточного РШМ напрямую зависит от типа клеток и их морфологии, дифференцировки и строения опухоли. Определение степени дифференцировки аденокарцином основано на степени архитектоники опухоли, которая характеризуется количеством железистых структур (таблица 8). Таблица 8. Уровень доказательности Для определения уровня доказательности рекомендаций в настоящем клиническом протоколе использованы следующие критерии: A – данные получены на основании мета анализа рандомизированных клинических исследований B – данные, как минимум, одного хорошо спланированого контролируемого исследования без рандомизации C – данные ретроспективных исследований D – данные хорошо спланированных корреляционных исследований и исследований «случай-контроль»
